We are distinguished by extensive management experience and consulting projects for the largest market players. We are not theorists. We are e-business professionals. The founder and managing partner of BJ Strategy is Krzysztof Kuwałek.

Krzysztof Kuwałek

Strategist, digital marketing expert, mentor and experienced businessman with over two decades of professional experience.

Manager. For the first 15 years, he successfully introduced corporates to the Polish market, skilfully combining global innovations with pragmatism resulting from a deep understanding of target groups and local markets. He ran his projects successfully, respecting the corporate rules of the game, while at the same time initiating non-standard solutions, later introduced by headquarters in other countries.

He has worked on more than 15 markets of Europe, North America, Asia and the Pacific, for companies listed on the NASDAQ and NYSE Euronext with turnovers exceeding 2 billion euro. He has held the positions of Marketing Director, General Director Poland, Managing Director Asia Pacific and Managing Director Europe (he oversaw revenues in excess of 200 million euro).

Krzysztof ended his corporate career as a Managing Director for Europe at a US technology company. He was responsible for launching modern digital technology solutions on seven markets of Western Europe.

In 2009 he founded BrainJuice Group, encompassing agencies and companies offering specialist services in all aspects of internet marketing.

He currently holds the position of Managing Partner at BJ Strategy. He specialises in working with boards of directors and supervisory boards of companies and investment funds. He participates in building business strategies that change the face of business, and shares his knowledge with entrepreneurs and managers. In his work he combines the traditional rules of business with the best practices from the digital world.

As part of his professional career, Krzysztof supervised an Acxiom subsidiary in the Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo, Shanghai, Sydney), he was a team member responsible for the acquisition of technology businesses in global markets. He was also head of the European branch of Digital Impact – a US interactive agency – introducing its services to other countries in Western Europe. On the Polish market, Krzysztof was responsible for the successful market launch of Panorama Firm, Claritas and Acxiom, and currently BJ Group.

He has completed management programmes at Harvard Business School, Columbia University and Northwestern University. He is also a graduate International Business at the University of Gdansk and Telecommunication at Gdynia Maritime University.
